About Dutch Barn Group
A family-run creative business from the heart of glorious Lancashire.
Dutch Barn Group is the home for the things we make, the markets we support and the practical projects we build around local creativity.
A note from the business owner
Dutch Barn Group is personal as well as practical. It is a family-run business built around the things we genuinely enjoy making, the small businesses we want to support and the belief that good Lancashire makers and traders deserve opportunities that feel welcoming, useful and well put together.
How it started
Lockdown beginnings
Dutch Barn began during lockdown in 2020, selling handmade treasures, useful makes and creative products through Etsy and eBay. Like many family-run businesses, it started small, close to home and with plenty of trial and error.
Lancashire roots
From the heart of glorious Lancashire, the work grew from online selling into local events, artisan markets and projects that help independent makers, traders and small businesses reach real customers.
What we do now
Dutch Barn Creative
Small-batch 3D printed products, bespoke signs, model kits, lightboxes, practical fixes, niche collectables and creative problem-solving for people who need something a bit different.
Dutch Barn Artisan
Curated maker-market work that celebrates independent artisans, small businesses and start-ups from Lancashire and the surrounding area.
Trader Stock
Bulk bundles and repeatable small-batch products for stallholders, event sellers, gift shops and traders who need stock that is ready to sell.
What matters to us
We like useful things, interesting ideas, good local businesses and projects that feel human. Dutch Barn Group is not trying to become faceless or overcomplicated. The aim is to keep the work hands-on, practical and proudly Lancashire while giving each part of the business room to grow.
